Our dedicated Onboarding and Training Manager will ensure that new starters are welcomed to the company, that we have all legal documentation, have screened staff for their previous experience and cleaning knowledge and identify any training needs. All staff are required to sign to confirm acceptance of company policies during the induction process.

We have introduced a dedicated training team to ensure that staff receive thorough training prior to commencing work on site. This allows cleaning operatives to ask any questions they may have and ensure they feel confident to begin work.

Prior to starting on site, the Area Operations Manager will carry out a First Day Training Record – a final check to ensure the cleaning operative has the necessary skills, information and resources to safely carryout their work. This is recorded on our tablet-based in-house app and is refreshed annually.
