Mark Little
Mark Little
Married for over 30 years with two adult children, Mark lives in Surrey. With 35 years’ experience in the outsourced services sector, he has worked across both large corporate FM organisations and smaller privately owned businesses, giving him a well-rounded perspective on scale, agility and growth.
Before joining Cleanology, Mark spent five years as CEO of the private equity-backed Just Ask / Nexgen, where he led the business through a period of significant development. He thrives on organisational complexity and is passionate about building high-performing teams that unlock people’s full potential while delivering outstanding results for clients and the business alike.
As CEO of Cleanology, Mark’s focus is on guiding the company through its next phase of growth, strengthening its national presence while staying true to its people-first culture, commitment to innovation and high standards of service.
Away from work, Mark is a qualified chef (many years ago) who enjoys putting his culinary skills to the test for family and friends. He is a passionate supporter of Leicester Tigers rugby club and an enthusiastic (very average) golfer.

Dominic Ponniah
Dominic Ponniah
Married with three children and two dogs, Dominic lives in central London.
Since graduating from the London School of Economics, Dominic has set up and run several successful businesses. He has featured on several international television and radio programmes, including Sky, CNN and the BBC’s Dragons’ Den.
As well as being a school governor for 8 years, he stood as a parliamentary candidate in the 2005 general election (but lost!) and today sits on the government’s business advisory panel.
Dominic has grown Cleanology from one employee to a team of over 1,000 today, with a market position of being one of the top 40 cleaning companies in the UK, in an industry with over 40,000 competitors.
Today his focus is on building on that enviable track record to strengthen the company’s market position further whilst ensuring existing clients continue to receive the dedicated and personal attention they have always enjoyed with Cleanology.
When not working, Dominic enjoys political debates, walking the dogs and spending time with family and friends.

Nick Platt
Nick Platt
Nick brings nearly two decades of experience in Facilities Management, having held senior leadership roles within some of the UK's largest FM organisations. More recently, he was a part-owner of a national, engineering-led FM company, further cementing his reputation as a trusted industry expert.
A firm advocate for ethical working practices on both the supplier and client side, Nick is committed to delivering solutions rooted in the realities of the customer’s world. He focuses on building long-term, value-driven partnerships and only pursues opportunities that align with the best interests of both the client and Cleanology.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his growing family, experimenting in the kitchen, and open water swimming. A keen cyclist, he can often be found navigating the Sefton sand dunes on his fat bike.

Juliet Widdicombe
Juliet, our Associate Director, brings 24 years of extensive experience in the hospitality, cleaning, and facilities management industries. Her in-depth knowledge and passion for the field make her an invaluable asset to the team, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence. Juliet’s commitment to her work is matched by her enthusiasm for supporting the local community. In her free time, she is a dedicated supporter of the local under-7s football league, where she takes great pride in encouraging young talent. When not on the sidelines, she enjoys getting creative as a mud kitchen artiste extraordinaire, embracing the joy and mess that comes with it.

With over 20 years of expertise in B2B, B2C, and non-profit sectors, Kate is a respected, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial marketing professional. Her career spans both domestic and global markets, where she has consistently demonstrated strategic leadership and innovation in marketing and ESG.
Since joining Cleanology over two years ago as Head of Marketing, Kate’s impact has been transformative. She swiftly progressed to Marketing and ESG Director and has recently become a board member, underscoring her valuable contributions. In her dual role, Kate has been instrumental in aligning Cleanology’s marketing vision with ESG initiatives, enhancing both brand reach and sustainability commitments. Her initiatives support Cleanology’s goals and contribute to a positive environmental and social footprint.

Jade Collazo
Jade brings over a decade of HR and Health & Safety expertise to our team, with a passion for fostering employee engagement and professional growth in the Cleaning & Facilities Management industry. She cultivates a positive and inclusive workplace culture where team members flourish. Outside of work, Jade remains a people person, cherishing moments with family and friends, exploring new destinations, and occasionally indulging in online gaming when time permits.

Gareth is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in commercial growth, operational transformation, and strategic leadership within the facilities management and support services sectors. Having held senior executive positions including Managing Director and Chief Growth Officer, Gareth has built a strong track record of delivering sustainable growth, leading high-performing teams, and driving business innovation.
Throughout his career, Gareth has successfully led complex commercial strategies, major procurement exercises, and large-scale contract mobilisations across both public and private sector environments.
Passionate about innovation, people development, and service excellence, Gareth continues to support organisations in achieving long-term growth through the effective integration of technology, operational best practice, and customer-focused solutions.
Away from work, Gareth has been happily married for over 25 years and is a proud father of three children and grandfather to six grandchildren. Family plays a central role in his life, alongside his English Bulldog, Archie, who keeps the household entertained. Gareth is also a keen motorsport enthusiast with a particular passion for car racing, enjoying both following the sport and the technology, strategy, and performance that underpin it.

Tyrone Winn
Tyrone is a qualified CFO and accomplished financial leader with a genuine passion for partnering with teams to strengthen business foundations and drive sustainable growth. As Finance Director at Cleanology, he brings deep expertise in financial controls, cash management, and performance improvement. More importantly, he's committed to supporting operational teams and translating complexity into clarity so everyone can make better decisions.
With a background spanning premium services, outsourced FM, and high-growth businesses, Tyrone thrives on collaboration and accountability. He listens to understand what matters to clients and the business, and is relentless in seeking opportunities to unlock value. A pragmatic, commercially minded partner, Tyrone believes that finance should serve the team and the business, not the other way around.
Away from the office, Tyrone is happily married with two children and enjoys an active life in Kent. A keen rugby and cricket enthusiast with a genuine passion for the ocean, whether sailing, paddling, or simply being on the water. His genuine passion for people and connection keeps him grounded and energised.
