We love our planet.
We are passionate about embedding sustainability within all of our projects, and have been at the forefront of chemical-free, green cleaning solutions for two decades. From being early proponents of the micro-fibre cloth, to introducing chemical-free bio-enzyme cleaning products, from banning aerosols & bleach to being the first to introduce a fully electric van fleet in London, Cleanology has a longstanding, multi-award-winning approach to sustainability.

Award-Winning Sustainability & Net Zero Strategy
Cleanology sets the industry benchmark for corporate responsibility, recognised with prestigious accolades from Global Good, Green Apple, and the ESG & Social Impact Award (Scale-Up Awards). We actively advocate for industry change through regular breakfast roundtables alongside partners like Planet Mark and the Living Wage Foundation.
As we work toward achieving Net Zero by 2035, we partner with our clients to deliver eco-driven operations through a clear three-pillar framework:
Zero-Emission Logistics: Our fully electric van fleet at our London HQ saves 5,000 liters of diesel and 13.5 tonnes of CO2 annually. Operating free from road tax and congestion charges, this initiative cuts fleet costs by £51,000 per year.
Eco-Friendly Products & Zero-Waste: We enforce a strict zero-landfill policy and prioritise UK-manufactured, pH-neutral biotechnological cleaning sachets that reduce CO2 by up to 80%. We minimise single-use plastics via reusable cloths (washable up to 150 times) and supply sustainable, plastic-free essentials.
Greener Partnerships: We are the first UK cleaning company to offer staff uniforms made from 100% sustainable materials (organic cotton and recycled plastic bottles). To help you hit your own environmental targets, we provide free environmental audits alongside precise carbon measuring, reporting, and offsetting options for your contract.
