Cleanology uniquely offer clients a “Green Option” with their cleaning contract. This means that we use only Ecover or Enviro – branded cleaning products, which are less harmful to the environment than conventional commercial brands. These products are rigorously tested for their green credentials, and crucially, are Euro-certified for authenticity.
We also continue to advocate the following principles and practices:
- Only using specially selected, like-minded and approved suppliers
- Minimizing use of chemicals, by using eco-friendly microfibre cloths
- Increasing lifetime of cleaning cloths, by washing and re-washing them
- Using HEPA filters to reduce harmful particle emissions
- Recycling all internal office waste and paper
- Educating staff about Company's environmental policies and practices
In 2009, Cleanology was awarded 3* accreditation of the prestigious Green Organisation.
In 2010, this was upgraded to 4* status (the highest level).
The Green Organisation independently audits the environmental practices of companies.
Cleanology is committed to achieving its ISO 14001 In 2012.
